As a Loan Officer for the past 24 years, Traci has seen her share of programs and products. With this experience, she is able to match her clients to the best possible loan scenario to fit each of their unique financial situations. She makes it a point to set proper expectations upfront in order to deliver a great experience to the buyers, sellers, and agents. Being able to meet with her customers and helping them to coordinate the acquisition of their dream homes gives Traci a great sense of pride!
Traci has been married for 14 years and she and her husband have two children; a boy and a girl. They enjoy spending time together, especially at their cabin in Show Low. In her spare time, Traci enjoys couponing, in order to receive things in free that she in turn donates to the homeless and to various shelters.

Emily is a proud Arizona native! She was born in Mesa and is located in the East Valley. In her free-time you will usually find her supporting her boyfriend at the boat races, attending the drag races, boating at the lake/river or camping. Essentially anything having to do with the outdoors, she loves it! She enjoys spending time with her parents, brother, boyfriend, large group of family friends and ALL four of her fur-children Turbo, Yotee, Diesel & Marmuuhduke.
From a very early age Emily has been fascinated with Architecture, which is what sparked her interest in the real estate world. Now she does a little bit of everything, from marketing to processing and enjoying every minute of it (well not every minute..). Emily loves to problem solve specifically when it comes to numbers and pays close attention to detail which is what sparked her interest in the mortgage industry. She got her loan originator license in 2017 and has been working hard originating loans ever since, we are lucky to have her a part of the AZ Lending Experts team!
